Race Space Bikes And Combat A Plague This Month In Star Wars The Old Republic

With the Legacy of the Sith expansion launch still over a month away, BioWare is making sure that Star Wars The Old Republic players have plenty of things to keep them busy while they wait.
The Life Day holiday will be coming to an end today to be replaced by the All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally which will run through January 18th. This will be followed by the return of the Rakghoul Resurgence event on Tatooine starting January 25th until February 1st. For those unfamiliar with the event, it involves travelling to plague-infested areas to contain an outbreak of the Rakghoul plague, offering some sage advice about our own global predicament in the process.
“The Hyland Organization for Rakghoul Neutralization (T.H.O.R.N.) has issued an official level-2 emergency alert concerning an outbreak of the Rakghoul plague on Tatooine. Quarantines have been put in place to restrict traffic of the plague off-world, but exceptions will be made for individuals with priority clearance.
T.H.O.R.N. wishes to remind you that plague symptoms can be treated if they are identified in the early stages of infection. Whether or not you have travel plans, please consult your nearest trusted medical supply droid and get vaccinated!”
Meanwhile, 10th anniversary celebrations are still in full swing, giving players another chance to grab rewards from previous anniversary events along with some new ones. The anniversary event will run until January 2023 which means that you’ll have the entire year to catch up.
Details for each event can be found on the Star Wars The Old Republic official site.
