The Nilfgaardians Invade GWENT On February 6th

Those of you that are fans of Nilfgaard will be happy to hear that the Nilfgaard faction will be invading GWENT's Closed Beta on February 6th. The new faction "introduces a playstyle focused on maintaining control over the battlefield" by means of "new gameplay mechanics," such as revealing the cards your opponent has in their hand, changing the order of cards in your deck and your opponent's, and "trickery based on the use of disloyal units."

The update will also introduce over 60 new cards, including "faction-specific cards for Northern Realms, Scoia'tael, Skellige and Monsters," and new neutral cards that any faction can use.
