Lord Of The Rings Online Promises More Lag Fixes; Previews This Summer’s Big Update

Standing Stone Games continues to work on addressing the lag issues plaguing Lord of the Rings Online with more patches coming over the next few months, on top of last week’s patch. During last Friday’s developer stream, the team offered a sneak peek at the game’s next patch and its next major content drop.
Scheduled for release in early July, Update 36.1 will refresh the lockbox loot table and will introduce more adjustments and fixes. It’s apparently going to be a small update but players can look forward to a bigger one later this summer that will feature the new River Hobbit race and over 150 new housing decorations inspired by Middle-earth shops and markets.
Standing Stone is also planning to test out the revamped version of the in-game cash shop soon. In the meantime, you can check out last Friday’s full dev stream below.
