Lord of the Rings Online: March Of The King Update Will Go Live Today
After a short delay as the developers worked on a key problem, The Lord of the Rings Online will finally be rolling out Update 19 today. The aptly-named update, called March of the King, will follow Aragorn as he marches north to the desolate lands of Mordor, bringing players to the front steps of the iconic Black Gate.
“The Battle of the Pelennor Fields is won... but the war is far from over. Gather your strength and mourn the dead, but tarry not long for soon the Host of the West will begin its march towards Mordor. Explore after-the-battle versions of the Pelennor, Osgiliath, and the Crossroads before venturing into the dangerous and overgrown wilderness of North Ithilien. Over 90 region quests and deeds included.”
In addition, the update will allow players to purchase premium housing in the scenic Cape of Belfalas coastal zone, far from the vestiges of war. The update also includes a Flora Barter system, new featured instances, and a myriad of fixes and balances.
