Fortnite Meteor Heralds The Start Of Season 4

Brace for impact! A single ominous line heralding the start of Fortnite Season 4 later today. Now, we’ll finally get to find out what the deal is with that comet, meteor, or whatever that massive thing is that’s about to hit the game.

Epic Games has been teasing the event over Twitter for the past couple of days, wrapping things up nicely with this Tweet:

Small meteors have also been hitting the ground in the past few days but the speculation is strong that the damage done by these itty-bitty meteorites will be nothing compared to “the big one.” The theory that Tilted Towers will be wiped from the face of the game with a much-needed meteor strike is still around, and so are the rumors of aliens, superheroes, and space-themed combat.
