Ethyrial: Echoes Of Yore Delays Founder Pack Release, Announces Weekend Stress Test
Last month, Gellyberry Studios announced its plan to start selling founder packs for Ethyrial: Echoes of Yore by the end of the year as part of its “founder crowdfunding program.” That plan has apparently fallen through and has been tentatively pushed back to early January due to delays with the studio’s vendor.
The team assures the community that purchasing a founder pack is entirely optional and that they already have the funds needed to complete the game. “We don’t wish to rely on our players to fund the launch of our game,” said Gellyberry.
Aside from the release of the founder packs, players can also look forward to a weekend stress test which will run from February 3rd to February 5th. During the playtest, players will be lumped together into a single server to push it to its limits and will be able to queue up for various content, interact with the environment, or simply just jump around and try to “break stuff” in preparation for the old-school MMORPG’s release.
