Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition Announced
Larian Studios has revealed one of the secret projects they have been working on, Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition. Divinity Original Sin originally launched last year in July and was named Game of the Year by GameSpot. The multiplayer co-op RPG features a rich story and character building, with the enhanced edition building upon player feedback and features that Larian had originally wanted to add to the game.
Enhanced Edition will be heading for a console release on XBox One and Playstation 4, along with releases on PC, Mac, SteamOS and Linux-- This of course means that all versions will be receiving controller support with UI to match. Larian has also announced local play split screen co-op, new game modes and additional voice overs added with the new game. Probably the biggest announcement made was that the game will be FREE for players who already own the game as a thank you for the fans continuing support.
Larian has also announced that not all of the new features have been revealed yet, and to stay tuned until E3 for the full reveal.
