Craftopia Adds Spears, A New Zone, Tree Planting, And More In The Latest Update

The latest Craftopia update gives players more things to do in the cartoony crafting game from PocketPair. This includes a new weapon, a new zone, and the new tree planting mechanic.

On top of the list is the addition of spear weapons, which allows players to skewer enemies from farther away compared to other melee weapons. Completing combos using spear weapons will grant the wielder a stackable Throwing Spear buff that will deal increased damage to the target enemy when the spear is thrown.

Players can also journey to the new Snowy Mountain map where they’ll find White Bears, Penguins, and the new field boss, Fenrir. Players can also obtain “Snow” from snowballs scattered around the new map.

The update also introduces the new Tree Planting and Stone Bedrock Restoration systems, which gives players access to more resources. With the new systems in place, players can now plant an unlimited number of trees by placing a Tree Seedling and pouring a Nutrient Supplement over it. They can also restore exhausted bedrocks by placing an Artificial Bedrock of Stone on the bedrock and pouring an Uplifting Supplement on it.

Lastly, the update kicks off the month-long Lunar New Year event. During the event, players will be able to collect Red Envelopes by killing enemies associated with this year’s Chinese Zodiac – cows.
