Craftopia Details Which Items Will Carry Over After The Seamless Update Drops

Craftopia’s upcoming Seamless World update promises a whole host of new features and game-changing improvements. Unfortunately, these will come at a cost as Pocket Pair says that players will be better off starting from scratch when the update goes live. You will, however, be able to carry over certain items into the new seamless world.

Players can expect to retain equipped items, stored inventory items such as buildings and materials, as well as pets nestled in their inventories. Any attachments already affixed to items will also be carried over to the new version. Deployed buildings will not transfer over and players should be aware that their pets’ skills will be reset once the update goes live. Additionally, certain items may be completely removed, while many others will undergo significant changes.

Despite the option to carry over at least some sort of progress, Pocket Pair encourage players to start fresh, citing concerns that early game survival may become “too easy.” By starting from scratch, players can fully experience the optimizations and enhancements implemented in the update. Additionally, those who prefer the old version of the game will still be able to access it through the Steam Betas feature.

Pocket Pair has yet to announce a solid date for the Seamless World update’s release but it’s expected to hit the servers later this month.
