Conan Chop Chop Addresses PC And Console Bugs, Xbox Multiplayer Issues Remain Top Priority
Conan Chop Chop might have started out as an April Fool’s joke but Funcom and Mighty Kingdom are taking the stick figure roguelite very seriously. The team has wasted no time in squashing various bugs and addressing issues that popped up on both PC and console since the game launched earlier this month.
The team is currently working on a PC patch that will fix several ongoing issues with multiplayer stability including the infinite loading bug, disconnection and rejoining issues, and a bug that prevented players from being revived after a segment has been cleared. The upcoming patch will also address the unkillable Ghoul Bomber bug and the King Conan Achievement bug that prevented the achievement from unlocking even when all the unlock requirements have been achieved.
The console version of the game also received some much-needed fixes related to various error messages, matches that can’t be joined, and multiplayer sessions continuing after switching to single player mode. The devs are also working to address multiplayer issues on the Xbox which remains their top priority.
Despite the bugs, the game is still getting “Mostly Positive” reviews on Steam with a 24-hour peak of 200 players.
