Battleborn And Battleborn Tap Are Out Now

Gearbox's latest, the MOBA/co-operative character shooter hybrid Battleborn, has officially launched. It can be purchased through Steam or your console's storefront now for $59.99—or $74.99 for the Digital Deluxe edition, which contains the Season Pass and some other extras. The full game has three competitive modes—Capture, Incursion, and Meltdown—and a PvE story mode. Twenty-five heroes can be played and customized.

Gearbox Software has done it again, inventing an exciting new subgenre and ushering in the dawn of the hero-shooter. Like the beloved Borderlands franchise, Battleborn is packed-full of Gearbox’s signature humor, deep and fun gameplay, an engaging episodic story, and tons of replayability.

A mobile game called Battleborn Tap has been launched alongside Battleborn. It is a clicker game that allows players to "unlock exclusive rewards for Battleborn." Simply by linking the SHiFT account they use in Battleborn, players can unlock "an exclusive gold Orendi skin."
