ArcheAge Relaunch Went Over Well Despite Delays, Snowfang Isle Now Open
Last-minute delays aside, Kakao Games’ ArcheAge relaunch seemed to have gone over quite well compared to other MMO launches and other ArchAge launches in the past.
That being said, there are a few issues that the team is currently trying to address. These include game crashes when using DX11, a launcher error caused by usernames with non-English characters, lag problems, UI issues, characters clipping through ships, and several other minor annoyances.
Meanwhile, Kakao has kicked off their first live event with the return of Snowfang Isle. Head to the event area through the Worldgate and help villagers to earn Snowflower Village Coins that can be exchanged for various rewards, including the Winter Maiden's Sarafan costume, the Winter Maiden Cottage kit, and seasonal house decorations. The event will run until the next maintenance downtime on December 16th.
