Welcome To Paradize Is A New Zombie Survival Game That Lets You Tame Zombies

Taming a zombie to be your pet might not be the best idea in a zombie apocalypse since you’re more than likely going to end up as zombie chow, unless you’ve got the technology to brainwash them into doing your every bidding. That’s exactly how you’ll be spending most of your days in Welcome to Paradize, a new co-op survival title that’s coming to PC and consoles at the end of the month.
“Do you want your very own zombie companion? A faithful friend that protects you from its peers and accompanies you on all your adventures? At ParadiZe, we make it happen! Here, the zombies do all the dirty work.”
Like the gun-toting critters of Palworld, you’ll be able to assign a variety of tasks to your mind-controlled zombies, a.k.a. Zombots. You can have them gather resources, plant and harvest crops, help you build your base, or follow you around as a bodyguard on your supply runs out in the zombie-infested world. There’s even an option to make your Zombot explode, which might sound gross but will undoubtedly be useful with a horde of untamed zombies breathing down your neck.
Like most survival crafting games, you’ll also be able to scavenge for weapons to help you defend yourself, including pistols, rifles, shotguns, flamethrowers, and even freeze rays. You’ll also have access to traps, mines, and decoy devices that you can lay around your base just in case a zombie horde wanders too close. You can also invite up to three of your living and breathing buddies to tag along on your zombie-taming adventures.
Welcome to Paradize shambles onto PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on February 29. You can pre-purchase the game up until launch day for $25.49 with a free demo on Steam if you want to check it out before buying.
