Undawn Open New Aurich Island Zone, Kicks Off Halloween And Scavenging Events

Multiplayer survival title Undawn has opened up a mist-shrouded new island for high-level players to explore, aptly called the Island of the Mist. The mysterious island offers new points-of-interest that players will get to explore as they take on new story content, including new weekly dungeons and a new challenge mode.

“In pursuit of the source of the catastrophe and after deciphering information from the VENUS Laboratory and Hela Military Base, the Raven Squad discovered mentions of a mysterious island in these fragments of data,” developer Tencent recounts. “With a mission to find the source of mutation and break the catastrophe’s deadlock, survivors arrived at this mysterious island. However, the past here is shrouded in layers of mist, making it difficult to distinguish truth from falsehood.”

The update also kicks off Halloween festivities and the Rory’s Music Dream event that will task players with locating and recovering five different items scattered across the post-apocalyptic world. A new monster siege group PvE encounter will also be making its way to the zombie survival game in November.
