Trove's Lunar Lancer Class Unveiled

After being announced last month, Trion have finally unveiled Trove's latest class, the Lunar Lancer. This new class is a fox that carries a spear. Contrary to the fact that it is a fox, the Lunar Lancer aims to be one of Trove's more damage-heavy classes.

As with every other class in Trove, the Lunar Lancer has three active skills and one passive. The Lancer will passive gain Lunar Power as it attacks enemies, eventually changing into Lunatic form and dealing increased damage. The spear can be used to grapple, causing an explosion when the spear hits and another when the Lancer reaches the location. The Crescent Combo launches enemies into the air and stuns them. Finally, the Lancer's ultimate is a giant spear that comes down from the sky and damages enemies heavily before giving off a healing aura.

Although no release date has been set yet, I'm excited to try out the new class. I personally tend to favor spears in games that have them and the grappling attack sounds fun. I am a bit concerned that the class sounds overpowered upon first reading about it but it is still too early to be sure.
