Tree Of Savior Is Accepting New Players Once Again

IMC Games announced today that, nearly a month after it announced that it would be suspending new users' ability to download Tree of Savior, the game can be downloaded once again. According to Steam Charts, the average number of concurrent players has dropped by half and the peak number of concurrent players has dropped by almost two-thirds. Did the players leave because they couldn't bring their friends in or did they grow tired of the game altogether? Is the game more stable now or is it simply a matter of the number of concurrent users dropping? I suppose we will know the answers to these questions soon enough.
