Tower Of Fantasy Previews New Region And Simulacrum Character Frigg
It’s only been two weeks since the global launch of Tower of Fantasy yet Perfect World is already prepared to open up a new region for players to explore. The new region is called Vera, an inhospitable desert with radiation hotspots that has forced most of its inhabitants into the floating cyberpunk city of Mirroria.
“The Vera area was under the jurisdiction of The Seventh District of Hykros before the Cataclysm, and lost contact with the main Plane after the Cataclysm,” Perfect World revealed. “The environment is dominated by the desert Gobby, and the overall climate is hot and dry. Due to the failure of its local Vera Tower of Fantasy after the Cataclysm, its space-time dimension cannot be calibrated on the main Plane, nor can it obtain a stable supply of original energy.”
Perfect World will also be bolstering the rather modest lineup of Simulacrum characters with a new sword-wielding waifu named Frigg. She is a DPS character armed with an Ice Sword called Balmung that looks and plays like a shiny pink katana.
Frigg will be available for a limited time in a Special Order banner starting on September 1st while the Vera region is expected to arrive a bit later but soon. In the meantime, you can check out Frigg as she decimates hordes of enemies with her neon pink sword in the new trailer below.
