Total War: ARENA Entering Closed Beta With Fury Of Arminius

Total War: ARENA is entering Closed Beta. The best news that comes with this new era of testing is that server wipes will not be occurring any longer. Total War: ARENA players will be able to keep their progress from here on out. But that's not all.

The Closed Beta is being ushered in by the "Fury of Arminius" update. This update is bringing a playable Barbarian faction. The Barbarians will focus on stealth and misdirection before going in for a strong kill. Their commander is Arminius, who can increase the move rate of his units, increase vision range, and send his units into a rage.

A new map, the Rubicon, was also added. The center line of the map is the Rubicon. Farmland lines one side with the elevated land of the base of a mountain on the other.
