Tinkerfest Is Coming To EverQuest 2 Early This Year And Is Now Live On The Test Server
Darkpaw Games is tinkering, tweaking, testing, and trying out new additions to breathe new life into EverQuest 2’s annual Tinkerfest event. The event which celebrates the Gnomes of Norrath is traditionally held in July at the Gnomeland Security Headquarters located in the Steamfront Mountains.
“Like clockwork, Tinkerfest has returned! Take up your favorite wrench in celebration of all things gnomish, be they metal, combustive, mathematical, experimental, or a combination thereof! Your headquarters for all things Tinkerfest can be found in the heart of Steamfont Mountains, at Gnomeland Security. Adventures, rewards, buyables, and crafted items, both new and familiar, await you, as does the Ak'anon Tinkerer's Guild!”
This year’s version will come with a new crafting quest, a new adventure quest, and a new dungeon to keep tinker-happy players on the live servers busy throughout the event. New rewards are also up for grabs from the event merchant, including a new Tradeskill recipe book and a new mount.
Players on the newly-opened Varsoon Time-Locked Expansion server (TLE) will get access to a special event merchant, while those on older progression servers will be able to participate in content that’s at par with the expansion that they’re in when the event goes live.
Tinkerfest 2022 is now live on the test server for those who want to tinker with it before it hits the servers a little earlier this year, starting on June 2nd and ending on June 15th. Event details can be found on the EverQuest 2 official forums.
