Three More Minutes Of Escape From Tarkov Alpha Footage Released

Battlestate Games has released another three minutes of footage from Escape From Tarkov's Closed Alpha. This time, we get a more extensive look at combat, including a montage of various guns, sights, and scopes that we will one day be using to stay alive and escape from Tarkov. There is some other footage included, but it is primarily focused on combat and weapons.

Battlestate describes the footage as follows.

The video takes place in different weather climates and times of day, all from the perspective of a former operative of the USEC, one of the two Tarkov factions. The ex-operative moves across different locations, waging war against former partners from USEC and Scav marauders.

So far, the game looks quite nice. I'm particularly impressed with the footage that takes place during the night. It shows that nights are actually dark and require players to use either a flashlight or night vision goggles. Not enough games correctly model the true darkness that is nighttime.
