The Division Heartland Kicks Off Closed Beta Testing On June 27

Ubisoft has announced that the closed beta for The Division Heartland, a free-to-play PvPvE spinoff of the post-apocalyptic shooter franchise, is set to begin next week. The playtest will kick off on June 27th in selected regions including the US, Canada, and Mexico.
The closed beta test will be covered by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and will run for several weeks, with multiple invite waves to be sent throughout the testing period. Players who haven't registered can still sign up on the official site, while those who have registered previously should keep an eye on their inbox for invitations.
The Division Heartland was first announced in May 2021 as a standalone free-to-play title set in The Division universe. Players will navigate a hostile environment, completing missions during the day and facing off against enemy NPCs, other players, and shifting contamination zones at night.
Meanwhile, The Division 2 has received a patch that addresses various issues related to gear, UI, Descent mode, and raids. Although the patch doesn't introduce new content, it aims to resolve several persistent issues, particularly those involving the Descent Mode, raids, equipment, and the user interface. Details can be found in the full patch notes here.
We'll be taking #TheDivision2 servers down for a scheduled maintenance tomorrow, June 20th, at 9:30 AM CEST, 3:30 AM EDT, 12:30 AM PDT.
🕗 Estimated downtime is 3 hours.
