The Division 2 Season 11 And All Updates Delayed Due To A Critical System Issue

This past weekend, Ubisoft announced that it’s been forced to postpone the launch of The Division 2’s eleventh season indefinitely due to delays in the localization process for the post-apocalyptic shooter. Consequently, the game’s first major update of the year will also be delayed along with the studio’s promised roadmap reveal stream.
But wait, it gets worse. The studio reports that it accidentally broke a key system in the game while trying to fix the localization issues. “This past Saturday, in the process of creating the update which would resolve the issue, we encountered an error that brought down the build generation system for The Division 2. As a result, we cannot update the game until this system has been rebuilt.”
Unfortunately, the fact that the developers won’t be able to update the game means that they also won’t be able to extend the current season until the build generation system can be brought back online. We’ll keep you abreast of any new developments.
