TERA Console Rolls Out Huge Update Ahead Of Its 4th Anniversary
The console version of TERA has just received a big update ahead of its 4th anniversary on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next month. The update will open up two new dungeons and add a new equipment item alongside the start of a new battle pass season and anniversary events.
Players can now take on Hard versions of the Corrupted Skynest and Antaroth’s Abyss dungeons and have access to new character growth items called Special Stigmas. Three Special Stigmas have been added – Ops, Kardia, and Gaster – which can be placed in designated slots to increase damage against monsters that are week against the slotted Stigma.
On March 31st, players can look forward to the start of Battle Pass Season 5: Black Tiger. As with previous battle passes, players will be able to unlock a variety of rewards by participating in daily, challenge, and hidden missions. Rewards include in-game goodies, vehicles, and costumes that celebrate “the beauty of Korea,” including the majestic Black Tiger mount.
The first anniversary event will also be kicking off on the same day as the new battle pass season in the form of a Level 65 Boosting Event. It will then be followed by a login event on April 3rd which will reward players with a Level 65 Scroll that they can use to instantly reach the said level.
The Stormcry Gear Giveaway and Manglemire Dungeon Event will also be going live on March 31st, giving players a chance to obtain some of the best gear in the game.
