Take A Peek At War Hammers In Amazon Game Studios’ New World

Amazon Game Studios has shared new information about New World through Twitter instead of the lengthy blog posts that we usually get. In the thread, the studio gives players a preview of some of the War Hammers that players can use to pound the life out of their enemies in Aeternum such as the Ancient War Hammer, the Buccaneer’s War Hammer, and the Residual Hate.

The Ancient War Hammer drops from Ancient enemies and will have at least one perk with higher tiers getting up to three. The Buccaneer’s War Hammer can be found exclusively in the Pirate Stronghold level 25 group encounter and will come with the Electrified and Lost Bane perks. Lastly, the Residual Hate can be acquired as a reward for completing the most difficult Corruption Breaches and deals extra damage against Corrupted enemies.
