Survive In A Zombie-Infested Post-Pandemic America In The Day Before

If you think the era of post-apocalyptic zombie games is over, then think again. The Day Before is an upcoming open world survival MMO coming soon to Steam from Russian developer FNTASTIC.

“The Day Before is an open-world MMO survival set in a deadly, post-pandemic America overrun by flesh-hungry infected and survivors killing each other for food, weapons, and cars. You wake up alone in a world you no longer remember, setting out to find answers and the resources to survive.”

Based on the trailer, the game looks to be a mix between the post-apocalyptic third-person shooter gameplay of The Division with the stealth, scavenging, crafting, inventory management, and zombies in survival games like DayZ and The Last of Us.

Players will be able to arm themselves with an arsenal of realistic weapons to defend themselves against the infected and against other survivors. They will also be able to commandeer a variety of vehicles that they can use to quickly get around and explore the game’s stunning post-apocalyptic environments.

There’s no release date as of yet but the game's Steam page is now up for those who want to add it to their wishlist.
