It’s that time of the year again when video game studios look back at what they’ve accomplished in their respective games in the past year and Cloud Imperium Games is leading the pack. The studio has dropped a new trailer offering a rundown of all the new features and content that they introduced in Star Citizen as well as the new ones that will be arriving with Alpha 3.18 later this month.

Over the past few months, the studio has added a bunch of new features to the still-in-development space simulation MMO, including mining gadgets, ore refining ships, and ship-to-ship refueling, in addition to various events both inside and outside the game. For the Alpha 3.18 update, players can expect racetracks for ships and a separate one for buggies, persistent cargo, hull scraping features, more derelicts to find, and a new Gen 12 renderer.

The long-delayed game, however, is still no closer to a full release and is still stuck in perpetual alpha limbo. But, there’s a new Year in Review trailer below to keep your mind off the subject, at least for 12 minutes. You’ll find that tucked right down below.
