No, that's not MapleStory; it's Soul Saver Online and the 2D it will be looking for new life through Steam on April 5th, and joining our Complete List Of Relaunched MMORPGs On Steam. You may know the game as Ghost Online, which is how it was dubbed before shutting down in 2009. When the game relaunched in June 2012 it took on a new name: Soul Saver Online.

The game has a striking resemblance to MapleStory, and may appeal to players who enjoyed MapleStory in the past and want something, but not too new.
