Skylanders Ring Of Heroes Gets New PvE Content And Its Version Of A Battle Pass

Com2US adds new PvE content to Skylanders Ring of Heroes in the latest update for the mobile turn-based RPG.

Story Mode and Sparring Mode have been added to the game’s Episode Dungeon, which allows players to learn about the backstories of characters in the game. Players will be given bits and pieces of an in-game “Star Character” after each battle in Story Mode. The character will be revealed upon completion of Story Mode, at which point, they can then take on the revealed character as a boss in Sparring Mode.

Sparring Mode offers 20 different stages that increase in difficulty after every completed stage. Players can adjust the parameters for each stage, such as the number of rounds, if they prove to be too difficult.

Players will be rewarded with Episode Coins each time they complete a stage in either Story or Sparring mode. These coins can be exchanged at a specific shop to receive various upgrade items for their characters.

Aside from new PvE modes, the update also introduces the Episode Pass, the game’s version of a Battle Pass. Episode Pass will allow players to earn various rewards by completing Episode Dungeon missions.

Several in-game events are also underway including a log-in event and a series of daily missions that can be completed to earn various rewards. The former will run until February 28 while the latter will be available until February 22.
