As promised, Rare has kicked off Sea of Thieves Season 4 with new underwater content that takes players back to the Sunken Kingdom where treasures and loot await anyone willing to venture deep into the Siren Shrines and face off against its Siren guards.

“Valuable relics lie at the heart of each Shrine, but beware – the Sirens are sure to make their presence known to any pirate who dares trespass in their Sunken Kingdom. Anyone eager to test their mettle against the Sirens and an army of Ocean Crawlers should seek the nearest Siren Treasury. These sunken storehouses will pit pirates against an onslaught of undersea enemies, all protecting Coral treasures that will earn rich rewards from Trading Companies eager to recover what the Sirens have stolen.”

The location of these Sunken Kingdoms and Siren Shrines will be marked on the ship’s map and a “tell-tale shimmer” on the surface of the ocean.

As with previous seasons, Season 4 comes with new events, new rewards, new Trials, new daily Deeds, and a 100-level battle pass with an optional premium track available for those with a little extra cash to spend. The season update also marks the start of Halloween festivities in the game with the Fury of the Damned event.

Sea of Thieves is available on Steam, Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and as part of an Xbox Game Pass subscription.
