Rocket League Hoops Game Mode Now Available

Psyonix has released Rocket League's new basketball game mode Hoops a day early, and I couldn't be more excited to slam dunk with my supersonic rocket car. Along with numerous bug fixes April's update also adds quality of life fixes, such as eliminating countdowns in Free Play.

An NBA Flag Pack DLC will also be available for purchase through Steam, and includes 30 Team Flags. Keep in mind you don't need the DLC to play the new game mode.

So far my own experience is that Hoops is ideally played 2v2, whereas 3v3 is a bit too chaotic. But it's far more fun than I expected and I think Hoops trumps Winter's Hockey mode.
