Co-op Vampire Shooter Redfall Gets Its First Official Gameplay Trailer

Last month, Bethesda Softworks announced that it was delaying the launch of its co-op vampire survival shooter Redfall to the first half of 2023. While that’s probably not going to change to an earlier date, the studio has dropped the first official gameplay trailer for the game to keep you pumped during the long wait.
For those who are just learning about the game now, Redfall is a four-player co-op game set in small island town in Massachusetts of the same name. Vampires have somehow blocked off the sun, blocked off all access, and have laid siege to the town. It’s up to a quirky team of vampire hunters to stop them. Players can either take on the vampires alone or team up with up to three other players. Each player comes with a different set of skills and abilities that they can use to their advantage to rid the town of the blood-sucking menace.
“Redfall blends single- and multiplayer options seamlessly, allowing the player to venture into the darkness alone or to squad-up for up to four player co-op. Teammates can try different hero loadouts and combine their strengths to find creative solutions to the vampire apocalypse. You will collect an arsenal of specialized weaponry and customize your character with unique upgrades and abilities to suit your playstyle for guns blazing, stealth combat, and everything in-between.”
The game will be playable on PC and Xbox Series X|S and will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. More information can be found on the Redfall official site.
