Reddit User Conducts Survey On r/MMORPG To See What's Considered Pay-To-Win

A recent survey conducted by Reddit user DSdavidDS on r/MMORPG sought to find out exactly what the subreddit's users consider pay-to-win. With a sample size of 82, the results are in, featuring full pie chart breakdowns of each question's results.
Bank space, inventory space, and guild storage are largely considered to not be pay-to-win. Paid dungeon unlocks, costumes such as Black Desert Online's "ghillie suit," battle pets, costumes with even the smallest of stat bonuses, energy/stamina systems, and limitations on marketplace usage are largely considered to be pay-to-win. Paying to revive, the ability to purchase an instant boost to max level, and mystery crates/gachapons that contain in-game gear were more divisive issues. Interestingly enough, Black Desert's tactic for limiting gold selling through heavily limited trade was also a fairly divisive issue, weighing in at 55.6% acceptable vs 44.4% unacceptable.
We've debated various practices on the podcast ourselves and we often come to the conclusion that it's a complex issue. What examples in the survey do you consider to be pay-to-win?
