RaiderZ Shutting Down In August

Perfect World Entertainment and MAIET's, RaiderZ, has announced that the MMORPG will be closing its doors come August 7th of this year. Perfect World Entertainment had been working with the Korean developer, MAIET (most known for GunZ: The Duel), and with the shutdown of MAIET, RaiderZ no longer has developer support. This has been proving problematic for Perfect World, who seem to be unable to handle bugs and server issues without support, and have therefore decided to shut the game down.

In compensation, all RaiderZ payments dated back to May 7 will be fully refunded to Arc Balance and the items in the RaiderZ shop have been reduced to 1 Zen for those still able to connect and play.

Rumor has it that MAIET is bankrupt / no longer an operating business. This will likely effect GunZ 2: The Second Duel as well.
