Post-Apocalyptic Co-op VR Shooter After The Fall Launches On Steam, PS VR, And Meta Quest 2

Post-apocalyptic VR co-op shooter After the Fall has officially launched on Steam VR, PlayStation VR, and Meta Quest 2 from Arizona Sunshine developer Vertigo Games. As we previously reported, the game drops players into an alternate ice-covered version of Los Angeles in the 1980’s.
“With intense 4-player co-op at its core, After the Fall offers action-packed co-op gameplay, built from the ground up for VR. Starting out in a shared space with up to 32 other players across all platforms, players venture out into the remains of post-apocalyptic LA in squads of four, wielding weapons with real-life movements. To stay ahead of their enemies and fuel mankind’s survival for another day, players scavenge undead-infested LA, with new discoveries lurking around every corner. When they’re ready, the competitive Tundradome awaits them.”
Vertigo Games will be following up the game’s official launch with the start of its first season and its first major update. The Frontrunner Season will be free for all players and will introduce four new maps: Hollywood Boulevard, Highway, Chinatown, and the Tundradome Arena. New weapons and a new enemy type will also be added in addition to the new maps.
“After the Fall gives VR gamers the opportunity to connect with friends new and old across platforms, squad up and start their journey. And launch is just the beginning,” said Vertigo Games CEO Richard Stitselaar. “We plan to expand the world of After the Fall for all players with more content & features for a long time to come.”
After the Fall is currently on sale at 10% off on Steam until December 23rd.
