Popori Brawlers Coming To TERA Console Later This Month, Premium Ice Dragon Mounts Now Live On PC
Big things come in small packages, or in the Popori Brawler’s case, big punches. According to a recent press release, the adorably fuzzy yet hard-hitting race/class combo will be making its way to the console versions of TERA on January 28th.
“The popori brawlers are fuzzy fighters ready to take their fists and fury to the front lines of battle. [. . .] The popori brawler delivers some of the MMO genre’s most amazing moves, and with massive powerfists, they deliver punch-and-counter combos, embodying the fighting fury of all true brawlers. These new contenders are ready to (literally) beat down BAMs everywhere.”
Aside from the new race/class combo, the latest update also introduces the new level 65 Antaroth’s Abyss dungeon. “Antaroth’s Abyss is a dungeon set in a unique prison built by ancient high elves,” says En Masse Entertainment. “Players’ movements are tracked through the use of a monitoring system, which trigger shapeless guardians and various special devices designed to impede progress. Players will need to prepare for unusual combat maneuvers if they hope to be successful in defeating Ghergof, Lalioth, and Antaroth himself.”
Lastly, the update also adds new Abyssal items into the game and gives players the ability to convert existing accessories into The Abyssal Ring, Earring, and Pendant.
Of course, there’s also something for PC players. The new Ice Dragon mounts are now available in the cash shop. The Glacial Dragon and the Glimmering Dragon are the fastest in-game mounts to date. They also increase Crit Power against monsters, restore up to 2% of your maximum HP and HP per second while riding them, and are the only mounts capable of flying to Exodor once you’ve completed the Exodor storyline.
