Phantasy Star Online 2 SEA IP Block Returns

Following news earlier this week that the IP block implemented on Phantasy Star Online 2's SEA region server had been removed, the IP block seems to have once again been reinstated. Sources are reporting that they can no longer access the game, instead being given a message stating that the game is undergoing maintenance when attempting to log in.

Many are attributing it to a "maintenance error," though no official statement has been made regarding the matter. The official reason appears to be that they were attempting to get the IP block to function more as it was intended following reports that many within the intended audience were unable to connect. The removal of the IP block is said to have been their short term solution as they worked on a more permanent fix.
