Phantasy Star Online 2 Pre-Load For PC Starts Later Tonight, Various Launch Events Planned

Tomorrow is the official PC launch day of Phantasy Star Online 2 and SEGA has a whole host of events planned to mark the event. First on the list is a special event that will reward players with various in-game goodies by simply joining an Alliance. From May 27^th to June 9^th, players will have a chance to get a (20) Star Gem Ticket, a Two-Tailed Scarf accessory, and the Rappies emote depending on the size of the Alliance that they join.

SEGA will also be running a wedding and bingo event at around the same time as the Join Alliance event. A new NPC named Xia will also be dropping by from May 5^th to June 23^rd and will be asking ARKs to for help with Client Orders.

If you’re a PC player, you can also start pre-loading the game tonight at 11pm PDT after the scheduled maintenance. Official launch will follow a few hours later at 5am PDT.
