Overwatch: McCree and Hanzo Previews

Blizzard Entertainment released two new videos for their upcoming multiplayer team-based shooter, Overwatch.  The videos feature Hanzo, a bow-wielding ninja-assassin character and McCree, a revolver toting cowboy.

Hanzo Shimada is an offensive oriented character that uses a futuristic bow to hunt his enemies.  His "Storm Bow" uses a focus mechanic in which the bow must be drawn and fired with timing which is excellent for players with a peek-a-boo playstyle.   His "Sonic Arrow" attack launches sonar tracking beacon which reveals nearby enemies.  The marksman's third ability, "Scatter Arrow" fires an arrow that can ricochet and hit multiple targets.   He also features wall climbing parkour moves and an ultimate attack that summons a spectral dragon that blasts through walls in a straight line.

Jesse McCree on the other hand is a cowboy straight out of a sci-fi western with a futuristic revolver.  Visually he looks a bit like Graves from League of Legends 😀 .  He is also an offensive-oriented gritty character, using his Peacekeeper to deal accurate and deadly shots.  He also has a flashbang, a combat roll and his ultimate ability, "Deadeye", which executes enemies Splinter Cell style.  After taking some time to aim (which depends on how low in health enemies are) he quickly executes them... killing them instantly.  The ultimate even comes completely with a sepia filter... truly a man that would get along with Clint Eastwood.
