Osiris: New Dawn Tests UI And HUD Upgrades, Reveals 2022 Development Roadmap

Open world sci-fi MMORPG Osiris: New Dawn has revamped its entire user interface and improves the HUD to make them more immersive and informative. The changes are now live on the Experimental Branch for testing and feedback.
“Hello explorers! Coming back from the holidays gave us fresh eyes on the UI and we put substantial focus into improving the UI and HUD across the game for this update,” said developer Fenix Fire Entertainment. “The most noticeable difference? Everything is now CENTERED as opposed to being on the right side of the screen, and Menus are now full screen. We also attacked the Interact HUD. Inactive options are now faded out. Interaction title and info are now centered.”
The new and improved HUD also comes with new map-menu filters and vehicle indicators along with new trackers for vitals, stats, inventory, and crafting.
Meanwhile, Fenix Fire has also revealed their plans for the game this year which includes a new AI system, new story content, cross planet travel, a multiplayer colony system, full controller support, and more. The team will also be changing their update cadence to a bi-monthly schedule for major updates, with smaller builds interspersed in between the larger releases.
