Nightingale Confirms Official Dedicated Servers At Launch, Mods And Private Servers To Follow

With Nightingale set to launch into early access later this year, fans are eager to soak up as much information as they can on the upcoming survival game. Inflexion Games says that its “pretty happy” with the content that it has planned for the game’s public debut.
Inflexion also confirmed that they’ll be launching the game with official dedicated servers for players to use until such time that the team is ready to open private servers. The developers also confirmed that they won’t be supporting mods initially to allow their customer support team to focus on more important issues.
In the meantime, the team is working to reduce “friction” between the game’s core gameplay systems based on feedback from testers. They’re also working on making the game world feel more alive by adding more flora and fauna. As such, they won’t be running a playtest this month to give them more time to work on the game but you can expect more playtests over the next few months in preparation for launch.
