New World’s Final Open Beta Is Now Underway
Amazon Game Studios has kicked off the final New World open beta test ahead of the 17th century open world MMORPG’s launch on September 28th. (Assuming, of course, that nothing comes up between now and then.)
The final playtest will include fixes and adjustments to several expeditions, quests, bosses, and weapons, along with tweaks to damage, health, and PvP scaling, gear scores, drop rates, and more. For this round of testing, the team has decided to use Steam Playtest, which means that there will be no Steam keys included in the invites sent out the other night. Also, if you haven’t received an invite yet, you can request access directly from the New World Steam page.
