New World Kicks Off New HGTV-Style Player Housing Video Series

With the Touring Aeternum series over and done, Amazon Game Studios has kicked off another New World video series on YouTube titled New World: Settling Down. The new series shines the spotlight on player housing in Aeternum in comical reality show-like HGTV fashion.

Follow newly-wed couple James and Elena over several episodes as they search for their dream house and settle down in Aeternum. James is a retired adventurer who wants a place where he can spend his days fishing and kick back in front of a fire after a long day while Elena is a mercenary who wants to settle down near a place where she can continue bashing skulls in with her massive Warhammer. There’s even a player poll on Twitter on which house the couple should choose.

You’ll find Episode 1 of the Settling Down series below. Episode 2 comes out later this week where we’ll find out which house James and Elena will choose based on the community’s votes.

Meanwhile, we’re less than two months away from New World’s official launch on August 31.
