It certainly looks interesting, but it uses GPS tracking to function properly in Japan, where you can follow the story of BLEACH and hunt down Hollows as 24 different characters. This certainly is going to be an interesting game, nonetheless, and it remains to be seen exactly how popular this mobile game will be. Knowing how popular BLEACH is, this game could very well be a smash hit in Japan, but in the West? Time will tell - after all, this isn't an NA announcement.
