Neverwinter Kicks Off Its 10th Anniversary Event With Ed Greenwood Leading The Charge
Neverwinter has kicked off its 10th anniversary celebrations featuring a special version of the annual Protector’s Jubilee event. It’s a big one for the D&D MMORPG with Forgotten Realms creator Ed Greenwood himself leading the charge.
“Gearbox Publishing and Cryptic Studios are excited to announce the free-to-play Dungeons & Dragons MMORPG, Neverwinter, is celebrating its 10th anniversary in celebration of 10 years of exploring and expanding the iconic Forgotten Realms, adventurers can take part in a special version of Neverwinter’s yearly anniversary event, the Protector’s Jubilee.”
During the event, you’ll get to fight alongside Elminster, a character that was originally created by Ed Greenwood and voiced by the author. Together, you’ll take on a variety of new missions to earn new rewards, including the Elminster Simulacrum companion, the Mini Minotaur companion, the Hand of Neverwinter mount, the Neverember’s Throne, and the Entangled Thread costume set.
The Protector’s Jubilee is now live and will run until June 22nd. The full event details can be found on the Neverwinter official site.
