Experience fast-paced mech battles on the go as Mech Arena: Robot Showdown officially launches on Android and iOS devices worldwide. Unlike most mech-based shooters, Mech Arena features colorful 3D graphics similar to Overwatch and Paladins with 15 mechs to choose from, an arsenal of upgradable weapons, 23 unique maps, and multiple game modes.

“Mech Arena is a fast-paced 5v5 mech shooter with competitive mayhem for everyone. Choose from dozens of Weapons and Mechs with special abilities for endless combinations. Fight with friends or compete in a global arena of players, maps, and modes. Take on the world in the most explosive, fun, and chaotic sport the future has to offer — Mech Arena.”

Players can choose from several competitive game modes where they can take on other players in real-time in either Tournament or Quick Matches. Game modes include shooter classics including 5vs5 Control Point Capture, 5vs5 Deathmatch, 2vs2 Deathmatch, and Custom Matches.

“We designed Mech Arena: Robot Showdown from the ground-up to be an accessible and balanced pick-up-and-play shooter on mobile for all ages and skill levels,” said developer Plarium’s CEO in the launch press release. “Casual shooter fans looking to play a few quick rounds can jump right into the action. They'll be able to have fun battling with different weapons, maps, and mech customizations, without committing to serious competitive play against more dedicated players.”

Plarium is an Israeli video game developer known for mobile and multi-platform games such as Raid: Shadow Legends, Throne: Kingdom at War, and Terminator Genisys: Future War, among others.
