MapleStory M Debuts Kinesis Class To Celebrate Its 4th Anniversary

MapleStory M is celebrating its 4^th anniversary with the debut of the Kinesis class on the mobile version of the popular 2D side-scrolling MMORPG. Just like on PC, the Kinesis uses his telekinetic powers to dish out powerful attack or hurl nearby objects at his enemies.

“Gifted with the power of telekinesis, MapleStory M’s newest class, Kinesis, uses his magic powers for good, to protect the citizens of Maple World. One day, after a terrifying encounter with the White Mage, Kinesis’ psychic powers created a sinkhole in the city, becoming a portal to Maple World. Kinesis has made it his mission to use his unique abilities to save the citizens and return them back home.”

The Kinesis Growth Mission event is currently available for newly-created Kinesis characters which offer various rewards for reaching specific level milestones and completing special missions. You’ll also earn bonus levels every time you level up via the Mega Burning event. Both events will run until August 30^th.

Those playing MapleStory on PC can also join in on the 4^th anniversary celebration by linking their PC and mobile accounts. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to complete in-game missions in the original game to earn rewards in MapleStory M. Additional prizes and rewards are up for grabs for exploring the game world and completing special quests as part of the mobile version’s MTour event which will run until September 7^th.

“The second of MapleStory M’s summer updates also includes a slew of opportunities for new players to get acquainted with the game and jump right into dynamic mobile action,” reads the official press release. “New content is designed to help Maplers achieve endgame levels. Additionally, both new and returning players alike will be rewarded with plentiful bonus items to make their time spent in Maple World worthwhile.”
