Mad World Starts Selling Currency-Laden Founder Packs, Alpha 5.0 Update Now Live

In a surprise move, Mad World has begun selling founder packs alongside the release of the multiplayer ARPG’s Alpha 5.0 build. The founder packs are available in five tiers, all of which are currently being offered at a discount starting at $9.99 for the Beginner Founder Pack, all the way up to $199.99 for the Pioneer Founder Pack (normally $524.60).

All packs contain varying amounts of in-game currencies, including Gold for the top three tiers. Unfortunately, that’s all they contain. No cosmetics, titles, or any other exclusive rewards that we’ve gotten used to seeing in founder packs.

With founder’s packs now officially for sale, Jandisoft says that any Crystals purchased during and prior to Alpha 5.0 will be replenished for future tests and the game’s official launch.
