VALOFE Is Resurrecting Beat ‘Em Up MMORPG Lunia Z As Lunia Z: Revival Next Month

Heads up anime MMORPG fans! Nexon’s 2008 PC action MMORPG Lunia Z (a.k.a. Lunia: Record of War) is being revived by VALOFE as Lunia Z: Revival. The game promises the same arcade beat ‘em up MMORPG gameplay experience as its predecessor and will be relaunching on Steam on August 8^th.

Despite its impending relaunch, there’s very little information to be found on the game aside from an overview on Steam and a bit of lore on the official site, although it looks like nothing will be changing from the original release. The posts on the Steam page are also in Portuguese, the native language of its original developer, ALLM.

The official website also reveals plans for a closed beta test scheduled for July 12^th, with a pre-registration campaign offering various in-game rewards that can only be used during testing and a 30% cashback promotion for purchases made during the playtest. Testers will also receive additional rewards for reaching certain achievement milestones during the test. These, however, will be usable in the actual game and will be handed out on launch day.
