Lord Of The Rings Is Experiencing Ticketing System Issues, New Patch Fixes Wildwood Bugs

Lord of the Rings Online players might have noticed that the game’s customer service is taking longer than usual to address concerns submitted through the game’s ticketing system. Rest assured that Standing Stone Games is well aware of the issue and are hard at work trying to resolve the issue.

“In recent weeks we have been experiencing a slowdown caused by technical issues that has impacted the ability of our Customer Service agents to respond in a timely manner to your in-game issues, and we want you to know that working to resolve these technical issues is our highest priority,” said the studio in a post on the official forums.

“We know that you have been waiting longer than you would expect to hear back from us, and we are working to return our ticketing system to a more responsive experience as quickly as possible,” they added.

Meanwhile, the studio has released a patch to iron out a few kinks and tweak balance issues in the recently-released Wildwood update. The new UI animations for active quickslot abilities have also been temporarily reverted to the old animations. A toggle to switch been the old and new animations will be added in the future.
