Lord Of The Rings Online Servers Rolled Back After Anniversary Update Went Live
Lord of the Rings Online’s anniversary celebration was cut short just after it started due to a major inventory bug. Standing Stone Games promptly took the game offline following reports of missing Legendary Item satchels for the Rune-Keeper and remained inaccessible well into the evening.
The servers reopened at around 8:00pm PDT on April 20th but the servers had to be rolled back to the state that it was in as of 4:00am PDT earlier that day. The issue has been fixed and Rune-Keepers should now find the proper items in their inventory upon logging in. Players who purchased items from the cash shop after 4:00am will automatically get refunds within 24 hours. Those who claimed their 15th Anniversary gifts will be able to claim them again when they log in.
Let the festivities re-commence! More information can be found on the Lord of the Rings Online official site.
